Aerial masterplan rendering of Tefle Destination development zones

The Masterplan

120,000 SQ. METRES OF POSSIBILITY

The masterplan is structured to balance commercial development with nature, community and long-term destination value.

The site map

Where each zone sits on the real island

The official masterplan render of Tefle Destination in the Volta, with the nine zones numbered exactly as on the masterplan board — 01 at the mainland bridge landing, 02 on the waterfront and 03 to 09 across the island. Select a number to jump to that zone.

Illustrated masterplan render — indicative zone placement for illustration. Final positions follow the cadastral, topographical and bathymetric surveys in Phase 0.

Nine zones

The masterplan zones

Each zone contributes to a destination built to host heads of state, international guests and the region alike. The architecture is low-rise but unmistakably designed — honed stone, deep colonnades, hardwood screens and bronze, an African core with European precision and Gulf hospitality polish. Every render is an artist impression.

Today and vision

Drag to see what each zone becomes

Each pair uses the same photograph of the island as its base, so the shoreline, horizon and palm positions match exactly. The vision side is an artist impression, not a photograph.

Arrival jetty

The landing where canoes already come ashore becomes the arrival jetty, lit for evening crossings.

A low boardwalk follows the existing curve of the sand; pavilions sit under the palms that are already standing.

The grove keeps every palm. A shaded deck threads between them for dining and gathering.

Development roadmap

Build demand before we build scale

The development philosophy is simple: start focused, validate demand, protect capital, build operational excellence, expand selectively, and create long-term asset value.

0

Prove the Opportunity

2026

Before major construction begins, the project will establish the foundations for institutional investment.

  • Land/title verification
  • Cadastral and topographical survey
  • Bathymetric and geotechnical studies
  • Environmental screening
  • Tourism market study
  • Destination feasibility
  • Concept architecture
  • Financial modelling
  • Government and investor engagement
